Law of Attraction News – December 10, 2006

In this issue I again focus on meditation as it applies to Spiritual Healing. The contact that is made with the Higher Self in meditation is a very powerful one. In that place some call the silence is where you are able to listen to your still small voice within and heed its guidance. I have found over the past few months that during meditation if I recite a mantra it goes a long way to still the thoughts that often intrude upon my mind and I’m able to reach far deeper levels of meditation. I’ve used “Let go and let God”, and “Peace be still” recently and they have both been helpful. I also believe that using one of your affirmations would be very beneficial. Hope you all have a great two weeks; my next issue comes out Christmas Eve so until then enjoy this beautiful holiday season.

Why Doesn’t The Law Of Attraction Work?

If you have tried to manifest using the Law of Attraction and failed, you are not alone.  Thousands will give up quickly after making an effort that seems to produce no results.  However, there is an excellent reason why the law is not working for you – you’re not doing it right.

“What do you mean; I’m not doing it right?”  The Secret makes great strides in bringing the Law of Attraction to the public awareness, but many people don’t hear the most important part of the message, which really isn’t focused on until the second half of the movie.  Thoughts alone do not manifest.  It’s the energy and emotion generated by thoughts that manifest.  The speed of manifestation is also directly related to the power of emotional energy put into the intention.

Equally important in ensuring you do not undo your intention while waiting for it to manifest, any energy put into adverse thoughts will cause problems.  For instance, if you successfully send a powerful emotional intention to the universe to bring you money, and then spend the next three days worrying about the bills, you have probably sent out far more negative vibrations about money than positive.  When your intent doesn’t manifest, you really can’t act surprised.

If, however, you are able to focus on your desire and feel excitement – feel what it will be like when it happens, as though it had already happened – then you send a powerful intention to the universe.  Reinforce that over the next few days, and if you catch yourself unconsciously sending out negative intentions, stop immediately and reinforce your intent.  Trust in the process, let go, and don’t worry about when it will manifest.  The sooner you can let go the sooner it will be here and now.

Take about twenty minutes each night and find a private place.  That may be your bedroom, the bath tub, or a favorite spot outside, whatever.  Relax for a moment, and then imagine your intent has come true.  Imagine that it has happened right now, and feel what you would feel had it happened.  The more excited and worked up you can get, the better.  Imagine yourself driving that car, moving into that house, or holding that money.  Make sure you include yourself in your imaginings, as this is absolutely key.

Pick one intention and work on it for about a week, maybe two.  Be sure that during the day you take a relaxed, patient attitude about it, and don’t worry about whether or not it will work.  Don’t worry about when it will manifest.  If you do, then you are working against yourself.  It may help to choose an initial intent that does not involve money or something you need desperately, but rather something you would really like.  Too many people in bad financial situations attempt to manifest money instantly, and they are so consumed with worries over the bills that they never manage to keep a positive manifestation intent out there.  After you’ve succeeded a time or two with things you aren’t in dire need of, your faith in the process will allow you to go ahead and work on something more important.  This doesn’t have to be a lengthy process by any means.  Manifestation can occur near instantaneously, depending on the quality of your energy and intention.  We are our own worst enemies, and if something isn’t manifesting, you will always know who the culprit is.

Start a daily regimen today, and see if you don’t get better results than you have in the past.  Keep in mind, strong emotion plus detachment plus patience equals manifestation.  Before long, you will remember the days when you weren’t in control of your life as though they were a strange dream.  Best of luck!

With all the stresses of work and the pace of life impacting our mental health today, many of us need to find ways to improve concentration, particularly as we get older. As we increasingly notice that dates, names, numbers or other important information slips our minds our need to improve concentration may become apparent. Unfortunately, we are often left wondering what can be done about it.

Too often we shrug our shoulders and just chalk it up to getting older or not enough sleep. While those things definitely have an impact on our memory and concentration there are other potential factors as well. Things like poor nutrition, lack of exercise and stress all play a part in affecting our mental health. However, the ability to improve concentration is not beyond our reach.

While a lack of concentration may be brought on by many factors, attempting to improve concentration can also take many paths. Exercise and diet changes are a couple of the ways in which some attempt to adjust their mental health. For those with more serious issues in memory function they sometimes choose to go the route of conventional medicine and drug therapy. These methods may well address a lack of concentration, but they are not without their problems. Exercise and diet are great, but as most of us have learned at one time or another it is often difficult to maintain the proper regimen long term. As for drug therapy, they can indeed improve concentration, but usually at the cost of difficult, sometimes painful side-effects. As a result, many people are now turning to natural supplements to help them improve concentration.

Recent studies have shown that using various natural supplements rich in certain ingredients can positively affect mental health and improve concentration. This is good news for those suffering from a lack of concentration. Natural supplements are easy to use, effective and are safer than drugs. Many of the ingredients used in supplements that treat memory and mental health have been in use for quite some time. Ingredients like Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng, Green Tea and Gotu Kola have well known properties to increase circulation in the brain, heal cellular damage and support memory function.

To enhance the power of such extracts, researchers have found that supplements should also combine vitamins such as the B complex vitamins and minerals such as Zinc, Manganese and Folic Acid. Not only do these necessary vitamins and minerals help general health, but they also can help the body prevent damage by attacking free radicals and stimulating the body’s ability to heal itself.

In addition to all these well known ingredients, some newer supplements are also including more complex compounds, 5-hydroxytryptophan, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Phosphatidyl Choline and DMAE for example. These compounds help the body generate neurotransmitters, increase blood flow to the brain and in general help to improve concentration and memory.

Using a natural supplement to address a lack of concentration is a safe and effective method of dealing with a potentially serious problem. The more effective supplements will offer a wide range of extracts, vitamins, minerals and compounds that are maximized to support brain function and health. With the growth of the natural remedies marketplace, finding the right supplement is thankfully much easier today than it was even just a few years ago.

When you apply the Law of Attraction you will discover that things are a little simpler and you will have more joy in your life.

Learning how to attract people with the Law of Attraction can help you meet your desires in life. Maybe you want to have more friends in life and come to know someone that you can spend your time with. It would be nice to utilize the Law of Attraction to make this successful for you and help you come to know the people that you long for in life.

Everything you want in life can be possible. This is the one thing that you need to remember no matter what. You have to think about the things that make you happy and what you want to make happen for you. Depending on your lifestyle and what you are doing with it, you will have varying desires. Getting to be a great success in everything that you do is going to be one of the most essential things that you require in life. It is easy to be successful when you have the right type of mindset to make it happen.

Consider your feelings for specific things. What do you desire the most in life? Are you completely satisfied with what you are doing and how you are running your life? Is there something that you truly want to go after but you are just not certain how to make it work? If so you must use the Law of Attraction to keep your options open and to permit yourself the ability to attain what you want and desire.

You deserve to have certain things in life. You have the right to be happy and to have exactly what you desire. If you are not getting where you desire to be in life you should consider what you must do to be more fruitful and help yourself reach the goals that you have set for yourself. Attaining your greatest desires using the Law of Attraction is something that you should work hard for every day.

There is something great waiting for everyone in life. The best way to make certain that it is discovered is to utilize the Law of Attraction and make this an exciting time in your life. Consider what you want and must be there. What are your expectations in life? What are you most excited about and what way do you want to make this work in your life? All of these are things that you need to ask yourself so that you are better capable of adjusting to the goals in life and to have all of your desires attained so that you are happier. Happiness is the main goal in life and everyone should do what they need to in order to live healthy and be happy. By utilizing the Law of Attraction you can change your mind to feeling better and creating your own accomplishments.

It is all about the way you think and what ways you use it. Desires are met because you work hard for them and yearn for something more in life. Using your own power you can have everything that you dreamed about and so much more. It is worth working for and using the Law of Attraction will help you achieve your desires in your personal and professional life too. Success is waiting in the wings for you!
