Numerous people were prompted to find out about the Law of Attraction from the movie The Secret or by seeing the instructors from The Secret on Oprah. Attracting abundance is in all likelihood the most common desire, and yet it’s one of the most difficult to do. Notwithstanding, the most common problems in attracting money are simple to short-circuit. Once these problems are dodged, attracting money is not tough to do!

The most prominent problem with attracting wealth is that most people urgently require the money and select money as their first manifestation goal. Yet, due to the need for money and the never-ending negative thinking encircling money (“how will I ever pay that bill?”, “oh no, my power is going to be shut off”, “I’ll never pay back this student loan”), any attraction dealing with money is likely to be set-back by day-to-day negative thoughts and feelings. This causes a negative attraction which can offset or even entirely wipe out your endeavors to attract money.

Manifestation and attraction works when you take a positive, light-hearted and playful approach. Patience and detachment are the keys to successful manifesting. Since money is such a charged subject, it is difficult for people to detach themselves from their attraction attempts long enough for the money to manifest. Meanwhile they continue thinking their daily thoughts (“I can’t afford these gas prices!”, “I wish I could afford a vacation”, and “I’m not paid enough”) and these thoughts bring about negative feelings towards money that push their desires away.

The way to break through this is to start smaller, and concentrate on things other than wealth. Start out by trying to manifest something simple, like a red rose. Beware, depending on what you envision, you may get a actual rose or you may wind up with a box of tissue that sports a big red rose on the side. Be as specific as you can in your imaginings, and always place yourself in the picture. See yourself holding a rose, or whatever little desire you’re trying to manifest.

Once you manifest your initial small thing, repeat this process two or three times. Each time, what you’ll find out is that your intentions are manifesting, and that will add faith to your technique. When you return to manifesting money, start by picking a minimal sum of money that you can believe in. Five hundred dollars, a thousand dollars, anything so long as you can in earnest conceive that you are able to achieve that money. Keep an unconcerned and playful state of mind – this will bring your manifestation into your life more speedily. Because you succeed more and more, your faith will advance, and your manifestations will materialize faster. Also you will develop a true realization that you’ll be able to manifest your intentions, and so you can set about working at attracting larger sums of money while knowing right along that you’ll deliver the goods. As faith develops and begins evolving into absolute knowns for you, your entire life will lighten up and you’ll feel the magic that’s in the universe around you.

There is a lot of buzz around the Law of Attraction these days. The massive hit movie/book The Secret took the world by storm. As Oprah jumped on board, the entire nation became acquainted with the Law of Attraction and the secrets of manifestation. The Secret did a great job of introducing the law and showing us how we generally work against ourselves. However, many people were left wondering “how exactly do I use the law of attraction?”

There are three major factors in learning to use this powerful law to manifest the things that we want in our lives. The first are our thoughts. The things that we think about and hold constantly in our thoughts become part of our reality. However, most of us are keeping negative thoughts in our minds on a daily basis. How do we change that?

We need to begin watching our thoughts. The easiest way to do this is to note how we are feeling. When we are feeling good, we are thinking thoughts that are affirming the things that we want in our life and sending positive manifestation energy out into the universe. When we are feeling bad, that is a red flag that we are holding thoughts that are not in our best interest.

This brings us to the second important factor, our emotions. Emotions, which are triggered by the thoughts we are currently thinking, are the actual energy that give an intent (or thought) the power to manifest. By noting when we are feeling bad and then changing our thinking, we will begin to change the overall energy surrounding us. As we become more focused on thinking positive, prosperous thoughts, we will see the world around us change to adapt to our new perceptions of ourselves. In this way will our desires begin to manifest.

The third and final factor in the process of attraction is our ability to act when an opportunity is presented. In many cases, our manifestations will come about as opportunities. If we work on manifesting wealth, there may be a sudden business opportunity offered to us. If we act on that, we will do well. If we do not act on it, we will get nothing. So we must be willing to act upon whatever opportunities are presented to us for our manifestations.

Finally, once we are done sending our intentions out into the world, we must be patient and detached. Don’t focus endlessly on whether or not this will work, how long it will take, or any other doubtful thoughts. This kind of thinking destroys the work that we have done, and further instills more doubt. On the other hand, a patient, detached approach will allow our intentions to manifest, and will instill further faith in the process, which will assist things in moving faster next time. No wonder opinions about the Law of Attraction are very divisive!

Why You Should Create a Manifestion Poster

One of the most potent tools you can use when working with the Law of Attraction is a poster with your desires that you can hang on your wall. The reason for this is easy – any subconscious reminder of your desire that you will see day after day will further make clear your intent to the universe. So exactly what is a manifestation poster and how do you make one?

The most convenient way to go about this is to buy yourself a nice large piece of poster board of whatever size you want to use. I prefer to use colored poster board, rather than basic white, but that’s up to you. Now gather together some old magazines or newspapers you have lying around and browse for pictures. You want pictures that show what it is that you desire. For instance, if you want a red convertible, find a picture of exactly what you want and cut it out. Make sure your pictures are as close to your desire as you can get, as this will ultimately affect the outcome. Magazines, newspapers, and your own real photos are all great sources for pictures and ideas.

Once you have collected all of the pictures you plan to use, paste them to the poster board. You may wish to write under each one your actual intention, so if you want a new house and you paste a picture of a new house that you want, write “My New Home” underneath the picture in a nice black marker. How you put them together is up to you – straight? Angled? Collage-style? It doesn’t make any difference, just so long as your desires are represented in the pictures on your poster. You may find that you need more than one poster to hold all of the things you want to manifest!

Once your poster is complete, display it in a place where you will see it often. Perhaps on a bedroom wall, in a hallway, on the back of your bedroom door – anywhere you will see the picture daily. When you think about it, stop and examine your poster and think about your desires, while feeling enthusiastic about what you have coming your way. However, even if you forget and never look at the poster again, as you pass it each day, it will register subconsciously. The subconscious is very powerful – manifestation happens easiest when the subconscious is on board rather than fighting. A poster is an excellent way of bypassing your subconscious resistance.

Most of all, when you see your poster you should feel happy. You should feel enthusiastic about the things that you are bringing into. This is probably the most important part of your poster – if it stirs up excitement in you, it will help you to manifest your desires very quickly. When combining this practice with a daily routine of visualizing yourself with your desires, you may find that you are manifesting far more quickly than you even thought possible!

Using the Law of Attraction to Attract Wealth

The Law of Attraction is a powerful tool that you can use in your life to attract anything you desire. It may seem too good to be true, but this powerful law is in effect whether you believe it or not. In fact, you have used it every moment of your life since birth. Let’s discuss this powerful law and how you can apply it to your life.

The Law of Attraction states that, on an energy level, like attracts like. In the higher vibrational planes, your thoughts begin a journey. Your thoughts, which vibrate at a much higher frequency than our physical world, begin to grow and become more dense. When emotion is added to these growing thoughtforms, they begin to solidify into a more physical level of form. Eventually, with enough energy, thoughts become things.

Basically, the predominant thought patterns you hold in your mind dictate the reality you experience around you. So by learning to change your thoughts, you will alter the world as you know it. From your thoughts arise your emotions, and so by using your emotions as references, you don’t have to monitor your thoughts. When you have good feelings, your thoughts are manifesting positive things in your life. When you have bad feelings, it is time to rework your thought processes.

There are many ways to assist yourself in using the Law of Attraction. Manifestation lists, posters, and calendars are helpful tools to get started. Hypnosis CD’s help get new ideas into the subconscious mind. Lucid Dreaming can allow you to delve more intimately into your own psyche. Meditation can give you the tools to take control over your mind and emotions rather than living the other way around.

What it all comes down to, though, is that you must be willing to put forth sincere, focused effort to change your primary modes of thinking. This will slowly begin to change your reality until finally, you will be manifesting your desires much more easily.

Never focus on things that you don’t want. Do not visualize “not being broke” – visualize “being rich”. Do not visualize “no more bills”, visualize “freedom from stress”. The subconscious, and in fact the universe itself, do not seem to understand or care about negatives. Whatever you focus on, for better or for worse, is what you will get.

Keep these tenets in mind, and begin learning more about how you can apply the Law of Attraction to affect a positive change in your life. Watch The Secret, read online. There are many excellent sources of information. Until then, begin to notice your thoughts when you are feeling bad. This subtle awareness alone can change lives.

The Law of Attraction Doesn’t Work!

Are you doing everything you know to do in order to get the Law of Attraction working in your life, but just not seeing the results you want? Are you beginning to wonder if the Law of Attraction isn’t just a clever hoax, a marketing ploy that has suckered millions into buying its products? I’m here today to tell you that the Law of Attraction is as real as it gets. Let’s look at some of the reasons you may not be achieving the results you desire.

The Law of Attraction is at work in every moment of your life, whether you are conscious of it or not. Everything in your life has been attracted to you by your thoughts and feelings. Look around. Everything you enjoy in your life is your doing. Everything you wish to change in your life is also your doing. Obviously, your habitual patterns of thought and belief have brought you to where you are right now. It will take a change in your thinking habits to achieve a change in your outward circumstances.

First and foremost, let’s address the things that you are unhappy with. You must not think about them. You must not give them anymore energy. If you are attempting to attract something NOT being, you are only going to make it stronger. This is because the Law of Attraction works on whatever you think about, whether you are thinking you want it or thinking you don’t. Either way, you lend creation/attraction energy to what you are thinking about. Instead, begin focusing on what you want to replace the negative item in your life. Lend all your attention, imagination, and thoughts to the new thing, and let the old, undesirable thing fall by the wayside.

Secondly, make sure that you are focusing on your desire, and not on a means to acquire what you want. Many people mistake money as a desire. Money is almost never the desire, but freedom of time, the ability to have nice things, these are the true desire. Money is a means. It is difficult to work up the necessary emotional energy over a means. Over the actual desire, however, emotional energy is abundant, and manifestation will be swift.

Finally, you need to cut out a time in your day, each and every day, to practice visualization and positive thinking. Your daily thinking habits will take a long time to break, and they will continue to work against your new goals. You must force yourself to work out a new routine, and over time this new routine will alter your normal, daily thinking routine.

The Law of Attraction is always ready to give you whatever you choose. Life is a giant buffet of experience, and we have the free will to choose anything we would like, both good and bad. If you aren’t experiencing the types of things that you want, you need to stop, reflect, plan a new path, and act on your plan. If you follow these steps, you will be manifesting your desires in no time.
